TÖRST sodas are uncomplicated products where the ingredients are kept as ethical, as natural and as few as possible. We use real cane sugar - lowly processed and rectified, organically farmed and fairly traded - and it tastes amazing! The pale straw-colour with a rounded sweetness and its hints of caramel and sweet spices is the perfect choice as sweetening agent to lift the natural aromas from tangy citrus, sun ripened berries and sweet tropical spices.

REAL GINGER
We are taking ginger soda back to its roots: Just ginger, lemon, water and cane sugar - simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
From our collaborating cooperative in Sri Lanka we source the most flavourful and aromatic ginger we have ever laid our hands on! Farmed organically and fairly traded, to make sure that our consumers can enjoy a fresh drink without the exploitation of people or planet.
After harvest the tropical ginger roots are washed, shredded and pressed to extract their fragrant, distinctive juice. In the brewing we mix this together with some organic cane sugar, the juice of Sicilian lemons and carbonated water. Four ingredients - nothing else!
Serve TÖRST REAL GINGER paired with aromatic food, over ice in a flavourful cocktail or even heated on a cold day.
REAL LEMON
Shouldn’t a lemon soda be just water, sugar and lemons? We thought so at least!
We brew our REAL LEMON from the highest quality organic Sicilian lemons. The tradition and heritage of citrus cultivation in Sicily goes back over a thousand years and the fruit, famous for its aromatic oils and tangy acidity, is considered to be amongst the very best in the world.
In production the whole lemon is shredded and mixed into cold water. The acidity is balanced with real cane sugar to complement and accentuate the fragrant aromas. The lemonade is mixed cold and is never boiled, to ensure that all the natural freshness is preserved.
Serve TÖRST REAL LEMON as a refreshing option on a warm day or any time you wish to savour a moment of captured summer and sunlight. Enjoy on its own, or mixed with a high-quality gin.
REAL RASPBERRY
Believe it or not, but we actually think that a raspberry soda should contain raspberries!
Few flavours bear stronger reminiscence of childhood summers than ripe raspberries straight off the bush. Organically grown in the best conditions they are picked at optimum ripeness, to be conserved in our REAL RASPBERRY.
To retain the natural flavour the berries are processed gently to extract their juice, the flavour is balanced with real cane sugar and the juice of Sicilian lemons. With 7 raspberries per bottle, we achieve the aroma and colour 100% naturally – we neither add any aromas nor colourants.
Serve TÖRST REAL RASPBERRY as a luscious reminder of childhood summers, either on its own or over ice with a sprig of fresh mint. For a refreshing raspberry mojito, further add light rum and a splash of lime juice.
REAL ELDERFLOWER
Elderflower soda made from actual flowers – with some lemon, sugar and water – just like your grandmother would have made it!
As always, we don’t use aromas, preservatives or artificial ingredients in the making of TÖRST. When creating a recipe for the much sought after REAL ELDERFLOWER we therefore went back to basics. Organic elderflowers steeped in water, then mixed with lemon and sugar and finally carbonated – could it be that simple?
As in most cases, choosing the path of highest quality ingredients with low processing payed off. We have captured the essence of your childhood summers in our REAL ELDERFLOWER – the unique blossom aromas of early summer evenings balanced with finest cane sugar and the freshness of Sicilian lemons. Just like homemade – quality through simplicity.
Serve TÖRST REAL ELDERFLOWER with plenty of ice on a sunny day. Standing proudly by itself, it can also be enjoyed mixed into a summer cocktail.
REAL KOLA
Kola with a K? Well of course – that’s how kola nut is spelled!
The unmistakable flavour of a kola drink is achieved through careful selection and balancing of a number of aromatic ingredients. At TÖRST we make our REAL KOLA using twelve different fruits, herbs and spices to create a complex yet harmonic soda based around the traditional west African kola nut.
The round caramel notes from unrefined cane sugar creates a foundation for flavours, further complemented by sweet spices such as cinnamon, vanilla and liquorice. Fresh citrus fruits lend a bright freshness which all together balances the aromatic and spicy notes from kola nut, nutmeg and fresh ginger.
Serve REAL KOLA over ice on any occasion when you crave a great tasting soda crafted from highest quality ingredients. Still a soda, just better.
REAL KOLA SUGAR FREE

The unmistakable flavour of a kola drink is achieved through careful selection and balancing of a number of aromatic ingredients. At TÖRST we make our REAL KOLA using twelve different fruits, herbs and spices to create a complex yet harmonic soda based around the traditional west African kola nut.
Instead of cane sugar we use a carefully selected blend of non-caloric sweeteners derived from the stevia plant together with erythritol. We make sure to use only products of natural origin, not to ever compromise a natural and mindful choice for those that also want a sugar free alternative.
Serve TÖRST REAL KOLA SUGAR FREE cold over ice on any occasion when you crave a great tasting and sugar free soda crafted from the highest quality ingredients. Still a soda, just better.
REAL JULMUST
An organic julmust without synthetic ingredients and aromas, brewed from scratch by hand – it’s a must!
Julmust, the traditional Swedish Christmas soda, is unique in many ways. From its special taste and history, to its ability to dominate the Swedish soft drink market every December.
Our wide range of backgrounds and insatiable curiosity led us to question the composition and transparency of Julmust – why did all producers buy the same extract, full of synthetic ingredients and aromas? Why wasn’t there an organic option on the market, brewed without any shortcuts? And why all the secrecy? We knew we needed to change all that!
We started experimenting with brewing a julmust, using cultural heritage malts, organic fruits, herbs and spices. From all of us to all of you: An organic, honest and great-tasting version of the everlasting Swedish classic.
